Mansion at Noble Lane
Originally built in the early 1900s as a retreat for members of the Woolworth Family, the Mansion at Noble Lane is now a destination resort for discerning travelers.
The exterior received much needed TLC. The project included a complete re-painting, roof repair, window repair, and rejuvenation of 20 acres of property.
The interior 17,000 square feet of space was transformed to regain some of its original glory. Large common areas such as a formal Dining Room, Ball Room, Parlor, and Grand Entrance were brought up to code and cosmetically upgraded. Fourteen unique guest rooms, each with private bathrooms were added within the 2nd and 3rd floor structures. A demonstration kitchen, multi-room spa suite, two tea rooms, elevator and public bathrooms were also added within the original space.
Finally, a 10,000 square foot detached recreational center with indoor pool, basketball court, free weight and cardio areas, and Mens and Womens Locker Rooms were also brought back to life after years of abandonment.
